Westmount Cleaning prices by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, and the exact price appears instantly on the booking form before you confirm anything. A studio or one-bedroom with one bathroom starts at $118 per visit before recurring discounts and taxes. Recurring schedules save 10% to 20% on every visit.
Which areas do you serve?
Westmount Cleaning serves Westmount, Montreal, Outremont, Town of Mount Royal, Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Griffintown and downtown, and the South Shore including Brossard and Saint-Lambert. If you are not sure whether you fall inside our zone, message us before booking and we will tell you honestly.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Westmount Cleaning provides all cleaning supplies, products and equipment. If you would prefer we use specific products of your own, for a delicate surface, an allergy, or a scent preference, leave them out and let us know in your booking notes.
Why do I need a First Time Clean?
If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days, a First Time Clean is required before recurring service begins. It is a wider scope than a maintenance visit and takes longer, because it brings every room to a baseline that recurring visits can then simply maintain. The requirement is based on when the home was last professionally cleaned, not on how it looks.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every team member is interviewed and passes a criminal record check as the final step of our pre-screening process. All staff are professionally trained and covered by liability insurance.
Can you clean if I am not home?
Absolutely, and most of our clients are not home. We work with buzzer codes, keys, lockboxes, fobs left with a concierge, and building sign-in procedures. Arrange access once and it carries across every recurring visit.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If something is not done to your expectations, tell Westmount Cleaning within 24 hours and we will send a team back to make it right within seven days, at no charge. If we still cannot get it right, we refund you in full.
