What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If something is not done to your expectations, tell Westmount Cleaning within 24 hours and we will send a team back to make it right within seven days, at no charge. If we still cannot get it right, we refund you in full.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule any visit online, or by phone or email. We ask for 24 hours notice. Cancellations inside that window are subject to a $50 fee, because the time has already been reserved and paid for on our side.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorised at booking but only charged after the cleaning is complete. Prices shown on the booking form are before GST (5%) and QST (9.975%), which are added at checkout.
Is house cleaning tax-deductible in Quebec?
Not as a general deduction. But if you are 70 or older and a Quebec resident, housekeeping qualifies for the refundable tax credit for home-support services for seniors, 40% of eligible costs in 2026, up to $7,800 a year, claimed on Schedule J.
